Koforidua, Aug 27, GNA- Mrs Ewurabena Ahwoi, the Eastern Regional Director of Education, has appealed to parents to identify the talents of their children and assist in developing them.
” I appeal to parents to train their female and male children on the same level and try to empower the girl-child,” she said at the 22nd anniversary and 10th Speech and Prize-giving Day of the St. Mary’s Preparatory School in Koforidua.
The Proprietor of the school, Mrs Eva Ofosu Appiah, appealed to politicians to guard against provocative utterances during the electioneering campaigns to promote peace and stability. 27 Aug. 04
