Pabi-Otumi Clinic needs help

An aspiring assembly woman in the Pabi- Otumi electoral area in the Kwaebibrim District, has appealed for a well-structured clinic in the electoral area.

Madam Margaret Akua Korang said currently the clinic operates in a private residence and called for public assistance to get a permanent structure.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview, Madam Korang her reason to contest the elections is to help champion the cause of women and children in the assembly.

Madam Korang said when given the nod she would institute an annual scholarship for at least five girls to promote girl- child education in the area and work with the disadvantaged in the society.

She said she has supported some needy girls in the community to undergo vocational training and expressed the hope that the people would rally behind her to get the nod come September 1.
