ONGA’s longest feast table at Black Star Square breaks Guinness World record

Promasidor Ghana, a leading food manufacturing company has achieved its mission to become Ghana’s first company to register its name in the Guinness Book of Records.

ONGA, a seasoning powder brand produced by the company broke the record for the Guinness World Record for the ‘’Longest Feast Table.’’

The event was held at the Black Star Square Saturday, March 25, 2017 where a crowd of over 3, 000 participated.

Six selected orphanages benefited in Promasidor’s bid to write their name on the world map of corporate entities.

The orphanages received donations as part of measures to help alleviate their challenges after the event. Sales and Marketing Director of Promasidor, Timo Van Vooren, in an interview said the event was to put Ghana on the map with an official world record.

ONGA managed to beat Saudi Arabian’s market leader in the dibble oils sector, Afia International Company with a record of 1, 900 metres.
