‘One District, One Factory’ seminar for UK investors in the offing

The UK government is organising a webinar for investors who wish to set up businesses as part of the One-District-One-Factory programme by Ghana’s government.

Scheduled for Thursday, October 26, the Department for International Trade (DIT) will create a forum to delve into Ghana’s industrial agenda with a focus on the One-District-One-Factory programme.

The UK High Commission in Ghana announced on Monday, October 16 that the webinar, which will take place at 11am on the said date, is designed to “highlight the opportunities for UK companies within the 1D1F programme”.

In addition, participants will get to know the operational strategy of the 1D1F programme, with focus on the application procedure, selection criteria and financing modules.

There will be question and answer sessions for UK companies to pose direct, their queries to officials from the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI).
