Okuapeman male students stranded after fire outbreak

Over 50 male students of the Okuapeman Senior High School in the Eastern region have been displaced following a fire outbreak there.

The male dormitory of the school was Sunday razed down by an intense blaze. The affected students who lost all their belongings are now putting up with their colleagues.

One student who reportedly skipped church narrowly escaped death during the incident.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

The Municipal Chief Executive for the area George Opare Addo told Starr News investigations have begun into the incident.

He added that affected students will be assisted by the authorities in the area.
