The campaign vehicle of the Chief Executive of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije has been involved in an accident.
The incident, Kasapafmonline.com understands, took place this dawn at the National Theater.
The vehicle, a Toyota Tundra with registration number GX 1545-15 and branded in NDC colours and President John `Dramani Mahama and Okoe Vanderpuije’s posters somersaulted hitting the pavement blocks before stopping in the middle of the road.okoe-2
The cause of the accident and the number of casualties are immediately not known but reports say the driver of the vehicle is in critical condition and has been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
It is also not clear where the vehicle was heading.
