Oil crisis…Goil, Elf to the rescue

Two petroleum companies, Goil and Elf, last week stood tall among its competitors when Mr W.S. Parker, Chief Executive of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), lied to the nation on petrol shortage. It was only at Goil and Elf stations that vehicles were seen queuing to get served. Mobil, Shell, Total and Unipetrol, were virtually deserted.
