Ohene-Ntow leaves for U.S

Accra, Jan. 23, GNA – The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Ohene-Ntow has left Accra for the United States (US) to participate in the International Visitor Programme at the invitation of the U.S State Department.

A statement signed by the Director of International Affairs of the party, Charles Owiredu said the programme brings participants to the United States from all over the world each year to confer with their counterparts in the US

The statement said the programme sought to deepen the interaction and exchange of ideas between current and potential leaders of government, politics media and education.

Whiles in the US, Nana Ohene-Ntow will also observe the US primaries and caucuses which will take him through states such as Washington D.C, Florida, California and Missouri. He will be away for three weeks.
