Oguaahene expresses satisfaction at work on Jubilee Park

Cape Coast, Feb. 20, GNA – The Omanhene of Oguaa Traditional Area, Osabarima Kwesi Atta II, on Tuesday expressed satisfaction at the progress of work on the facilities being provided at the Victoria Park in Cape Coast for the golden jubilee celebrations.

The facilities include a Presidential dais, public gallery, refreshment centre and toilets and urinary and cost four billion cedis. Osabarima Kwesi Atta, who visited the park to acquaint himself with the progress of work, appealed to the contractor to ensure that the project was completed before March 6.

Mr Samuel Mensah, Managing director of Sammy Ray Limited, gave the assurance that the project would be completed by the end of the month and handed over to the Regional Coordinating Council. 20 Feb 07
