Office for MP for Nkawkaw

Nkawkaw, June 16, GNA – Mr Seth Adjei-Baah, Member of Parliament for Nkawkaw has constructed a GHC 24,000 permanent office at Nkawkaw. The office was jointly financed from his share of the MPs Common Fund and Kwahu West Municipal Assembly.

Mr Adjei-Baah popularly known as Shaaba, who disclosed this in an interview with GNA at Nkawkaw said the Ministry of Energy would soon extend electricity to six communities within the municipality. These are Nkawanda Number One and Two, Monsie, Ekowso, Ahantanan and Ampekrom.

He said about 117 street lights had so far been installed at Nkawkaw to improve the lighting system in the town. Mr Adjei-Baah said a bailey bridge was being constructed over river Asubone on the Nkawkaw-Asubone rail road to facilitate transportation of goods and services in the area.
