Obuasi West SDA to establish Computer Training Centre

Obuasi, Aug 16, GNA – The Obuasi West district of the Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) Church is to establish a centre to offer the people, especially the youth with computer training.

Pastor Francis Tuffour, District Pastor, who made this known at a service to climax the third anniversary of the district at Obuasi at the weekend.

He said it was the aim of the Church to provide a credible database for Adventists in the country as well as those outside, adding that, the Obuasi West district of the church had been hooked onto the Internet.

Pastor Israel Nana Tuffour, President of the South Central Ghana Conference of the SDA, advised members of the church to stay away from negative lifestyles such as indecent dressing, fornication and domestic violence.

He commended the district for its accelerated spiritual and physical development within its short existence.
