Obetsebi-Lamptey donates towards Homowo

Accra, Aug. 7, GNA – Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, an NPP presidential aspirant on Tuesday donated assorted drinks and maize valued at about GH(250 to the Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Tawiah II.

The donation, he said, was his contribution in support of the Homowo celebrations by the Ga people.

Mr Obetsebi-Lamptey, a former Tourism Minister, urged the Ga people to ensure a peaceful Homowo this year.

He reiterated the need for the people bury their differences and seek development in unity.

The Ga Mantse expressed gratitude for the donation and pledged his commitment to the development of the Ga State.
