O.B. Amoah wins NPP primaries

Nsawam, April 30, GNA – Mr Osei Bonsu Amoah, incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for Aburi-Nsawam Constituency, on Saturday won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries.

He had 544 votes to beat Mr Magnus Opare Asamoah, who had 214 votes. Mr Amoah called on all NPP members to unite for victory in Election 20= 12, saying it was time for party members to undertake house-to-house campaign to educate the people on the party’s developmental agenda. The vanquished, Mr Asamoah pledged to assist the party to wrest power from the National Democratic Congress.
