Numo Blafo moved from AMA

Long-serving Public Relations Officer of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly Numo Blafo has been moved from the assembly.

He is to be replaced by Gilbert Ankrah, a statement from the AMA said Tuesday.

” The Accra Metropolitan Assembly wishes to inform all media houses and the general public that Mr. Gilbert Nii Ankrah is now the assembly’s head of public affairs. He replaces Numo Blafo who has been reassigned by the Ministry of Information. In view of this, all request and enquiries should be directed to the new head,” the statement said.

Mr. Ankrah, according to the statement, has over ten years experience in Journalism and Public Relations. He joined the Information Service Department as a Journalist in 2007. Until his appointment, he was the Parliamentary Correspondent for the ISD.
