NUGS awards John Kuma, Nana Boakye at International Entrepreneurship Summit

The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) over the week recognised some Media houses, individuals who has in enormous ways helped the Union in the execution and support of student activism.

The students body handed out the awards during this year’s international Entrepreneurship summit held at Legon with the theme Unlocking the Genius in you; Youth in Entrepreneurship.

The media houses who were duly recognised at the political science department conference room in Ghana’s premier university Legon saw Kessben media picking a glassy citation together with other media houses which included Atinka TV, Top TV, Ofie FM etc

On the part of individuals who happens to be illustrious sons of this nation saw Lawyer John Kuma CEO of Youth Enterprise Service (YES), Mr Henry Nana Boakye deputy director of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Chief Moomen a poet and playwright and Chief Creative Officer.

The others are Mr Courage Nobi Education activist and former NUGS general secretary , Mr Seth Twum Akwaboah CEO of association of Ghana industries (AGI) and Mr Peter K Kodji Secretary General all African Students Union and former NUGS president were all honoured with citations for their humongous support to the union.
