Nsuta-Kwamang-Beposo NPP Constituency elects new executive

Jeduako (Ash), Sept. 21, GNA – The Nsuta-Kwamang-Beposo Constituency branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Sunday elected Mr Kwasi Bonsu Koduah, as its Chairman in an election held at Jeduako near Kwamang in the Sekyere West district of Ashanti. He polled 77 votes to beat Mr Ofori Amponsah who had 15 votes. Mr Kwabena Kwarteng was elected First Vice-Chairman, Mr Ishmael Barfi Adomako was elected unopposed as Second Vice-Chairman and Mr Maxwell Kwadwo Amoako, Secretary.

Others were, Mr Yaw Boadi, Assistant Secretary, Mallam Issah Abdulai, Treasurer, Mr Kwame Acheampong, Organizer, Mrs Ruth Mensah, Women’s Organizer and Mr Owusu Boahen, Youth Organizer. Mr Frederick Fredua Antoh, Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, commended the members for the peaceful elections.

He appealed to the rank and file of the party to support the new executives to win more people into their fold to ensure total victory for the party in the 2008 elections.

Mr Koduah on behalf of the executives, pledged to work harder to improve on the performances of the party in the Constituency.
