Nsuta installs Sompahemaa

Nsuta (Ash), May 28, GNA – Miss Mary Owusu Serwaah, Principal Revenue Superintendent at Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), was on Sunday installed Sompahemaa of the Nsuta Traditional Area under the stool name Nana Serwaah Brakatuo.

Speaking at the ceremony Nana Siabura Aduwaa II, Queen of the Nsuta, praised Nana Ampaafo, 52, who is also a member of the Sekyere Central District Assembly, for her commitment to duty, sense if patriotism, good services, generosity and organisational ability. Nana Ayim Maafo, Manwerehene of Nsuta, congratulated the new Sompahemaa for her contribution to the development of the Nsuta Traditional Area. Nana Maafo appealed to the youth to recognize the honour done to the new Sompahemaa and support her in all endeavours to ensure the development of the area.
