Social Donation Health World Vision Ghana donates to Ejura Health service

Ejura (A/R), Oct. 27, GNA-World Vision Ghana (WVG), an International Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), on Tuesday donated assorted drugs and four generators worth GH 44,000 to the Ejura SekyereOdumase District Health Secretariat. Ms Salormey Yeboah, Manager of Ashanti Area Development Programme, WVG presenting the items said that it was part of the NGO’S social responsibilities to support health delivery in the community. Mr. Jacob Amoah ,the Ejura District Director of Health Services, who received the items thanked WVG for their kind gesture and promised that the items would be used to improve maternal and child health and educational activities in the area. World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to helping children and communities world-wide to realise their full potential. It also improves the health of children, basic education, spiritual and emotional life, ensures protection from abuse, violence neglect and exploitation. World Vision began operations in Ghana in 1975 and has so far implemented programmes in all the 10 Regions. 27 Oct. 10
