Nsawkaw Assemblyman dies

Wenchi (B/A), May 31, GNA – Mr. Kofi Adjei-Asumang, 48, Assembly Member for Nsawkaw in the Wenchi District of Brong Ahafo is reported dead at the Wenchi Methodist Hospital after a short illness. The late Assembly Member, a teacher by profession, was the Wenchi District Education Coordinator in-charge of Vocational and Technical Programmes in schools.

Mr. Francis Y. Al-Duon, Headmaster of Wenchi Local Authority Two “A” JSS, told Ghana News Agency that the late teacher reported for work last Friday but died the next day. The body has been placed at the Hospital’s mortuary pending burial and final funeral rites.
