The National Reconciliation Commission (NRC) says the period for the submission of complaints from the public ended on January 13, 2004.
A release from the Commission, signed by its Public Affairs Director Ms Annie Anipa, said the Commission would enforce the deadline.
The Commission, however, requested the public to note that hearing of petitions would continue in Accra and other regional capitals till July 2004.
