NPP-USA Delegates Vote for Party’s Flagbearer

All twelve delegates selected during a conference call of the National Executive and the Chairpersons voted at the NPp party headquarters on Saturday amidst exuberant supporters who behaved peacefully and respectfully of one another/ led by Chairman Nana Agyei-Yeboah, six delegates voted for themselves as well as for their allotted proxy designations by mid-day to complete a process that saw increased representation of the overseas branches increased from one to twelve. Immediately after casting their votes, many of the media personnel present swooped on the Diaspora delegation, which included delegates from United Kingdom/Ireland, Germany, Holland, Botswana, Nigeria, and Italy, to interview them for their perspective on how the election transpired.

Speaking to media representative, Chairman Nana Agyei-Yeboah stated the collective impression of the entire Diaspora delegation, which was unanimous in its impressive take on the nationwide affair. More detailed coverage of the NPP election will follow shortly.
