NPP UK distances itself from UK group

– Kairos Movement for Alan Kyeremanteng
The attention of NPP UK has been drawn to a statement from Kairos Movement for Alan (KAMFA) published on Ghanaweb and attributed to Peacefmonline. In the statement the group describe themselves as Pro-NPP movement in the UK

The Branch wish to set the record straight that it has no knowledge of the said group KAMFA and it is not in any way affiliated to NPP UK. The leading members of the said group are not members of NPPP UK

The branch recognises Mr Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng as a leading member of NPP and qualifies to stand for any position in NPP in our internal elections. However the branch distances itself from any calls from UK for him to stand as the party’s flagbearer. We believe that the call is premature and condemn any groupings outside the party meddling in internal party affairs.

Hayford Atta-Krufi Chairman, NPP UK
