NPP to sue illegal users of the party’s logo

Accra, Jan 17, GNA – The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Tuesday warned that any unauthorised persons, companies or bodies, who use the party’s logo for commercial purposes without prior approval or licence from the party, would be liable to legal sanctions.

In a statement to the Ghana News Agency in Accra, signed by Mr Fred Oware, First National Vice Chairman explained that the party had officially registered its franchise and therefore directed any person who want to use the party’s logo for the production of various items for sale to contact the party for legal authorisation.
