NPP to elect parliamentary candidates in Brong Ahafo

Sunyani (B/A), July 17, GNA- The Brong-Ahafo Regional Secretariat of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has drawn up a programme for the election of parliamentary candidates for 20 constituencies in the region.

Mr. Anthony Kusi, Regional Secretary of the party told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Thursday that the party had already elected and approved candidates in five of the 25 constituencies.

He gave the names as those elected as Dr. David King Amoah for Atebubu North, Mr. Mohammed Mumuni alias “Teacher Susu”, for Atebubu South, Mr. Isaac Osei Hyiaman, for Sene, Mr. Joe Dankwa, for Tain and Mr. Kwabena Adjei-Darko, for Sunyani West.

Mr. Kusi said the programme would end by August 12 and advised supporters and officials of the party in the constituencies to comport themselves during and after the elections. 17 July 04
