Members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bono Ahafo Region are shocked after posters of Alan Kyeremanten popped-up on walls in the regional capital.
The posters, bearing the images of the 2008 and 2012 failed NPP presidential aspirant also had the inscription, “2016 Alan Kyeremanten, New Hope”.
Skyy FM’s Kuuku Abban said he sighted about 20 of the posters in Sunyani, the capital of Bono Ahafo.
The Regional Secretary of the party, Alfred Anyeh, said they are surprised over the incident.
Anyeh could not say who is responsible for the emergence of the posters, except to add that the posters have the possibility of breaking the front of the NPP.
He said the party will investigate the matter.
