Abrafo (C/R), July 15, GNA – Rev Ben Donkor, incumbent Member of Parliament for Heman Lower Denkyira constituency was on Tuesday re-elected by popular acclamation to contest the seat for the New Patriotic Party this year.
In brief remarks, Rev Donkor thanked Party executives for the support they have given him in the past.
He advised supporters of the NPP to unite and intensify their campaign in order to retain the seat.
Rev Donkor also appealed to supporters to vote for Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, presidential candidate of the NPP. The election was supervised by Mr Busty Asante, Twifo-Heman-Lower Denkyira district electoral Officer.
