NPP Man threatens Supreme Court Judges

After conceitedly raising objection to the composition of the panel of judges and dramatically withdrawing their protestation against the nine members Supreme Court judges hearing the petition brought before it by Nana Addo Dankwa Akfuo-Addo and two others, the New Patriotic Party is at it again; this time, issuing threats to the judges

In what could best be described in the legal parlance as nincompoop-mentis, a member of the NPP Communication Team, Kwamena Duncan has descended heavily on the supreme court judges, cautioning them to be ‘careful’ of the way they are prolonging the election petition put forward by the NPP.

Speaking to Tweneboa Kodua on Peace FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’ Kwamena Duncan said: “The Supreme Court must be careful. They should not allow processes which will let the rational of the main petition be lost. The issue should not be prolonged unduly. If care is not taken, they will go back and forth and the issue will never be resolved”

The vicious NPP communicator, who ignored all wise counsels from the host; threw caution to the wind, by questioning why the Supreme Court keeps adjourning the case which to him is ‘unwarranted’

The Supreme Court of Ghana on Tuesday resumed hearing of the Election petition of the NPP. After proceedings, the Supreme Court adjourned to today, the case in which lawyers of the President and the Electoral Commission are requesting Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, who are challenging the 2012 election results, to furnish them with ‘further and better particulars’ on their petition.

The Supreme Court however ruled that the NDC should file a motion for further particulars for the party to be able to raise objections in the election fraud case and adjourned hearing to today.
