NPP launches manifesto in an ‘oven’

The much-touted NPP manifesto launch came off at the International Trade Fair Centre with a lot of low points.

The Unique Floral Event centre where the event was held was so hot that influence peddlers in the party were held openly complaining about how hot the venue was.

So hot was the place that patrons who thronged the place could not stand inside the venue for more than ten minutes.

“They should have known and arranged for air conditions. You see how the place is”, one of the big wigs was heard murmuring.

But the organisers could not explain the reason for the heat.

One of the organiser who spoke to myrado360.com only said that “you know we are in opposition so we are broke that is why we had to make do with this place”.

Compared to that of their arch-rivals National Democratic Congress (NDC), the NPP failed with the venue it held its manifesto. Whilst the NDC held its launch at a more spacious place, the NPP went for a an oven to launch its manifesto to the top brass before joining their grassroots at the fore court.
