NPP has so far won 149 parliamentary seats – Sammy Awuku

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) says results they have collated in Wednesday’s parliamentary polls indicate they have won a clear majority seat of the Parliament of Ghana.

At a news conference addressed by the party’s National Organiser, Sammy Awuku on Thursday, the party says it has swept a minimum 149 parliamentary seats out of the 275 across the country.

This number, Awuku argued, can never be altered, making them believe that the legislature has already fallen for elephant family.
