NPP Declares Total Boycott Of Asempa FM

Information available to the New Statesman indicates that the New Patriotic Party has declared a total boycott of Asempa FM, a confirmation of a story carried out by this paper in its Monday edition.

Our sources close to the party indicate that the attempt by Asempa FM to choose for the NPP who to represent it on their political programmes is unacceptable, together with the deliberate changing of agreed topics of discussion for programmes.

Our source also noted the irrefutable perception of bias on the part of Bobie Ansah, the host of Eko sie sen, a political programme on Asempa FM. As such the NPP, until express notice in the future, will not send a representative to any programme on Asempa FM. The party has urged.

The party, according to our source, is thus urging its supporters to tune into other radio stations because there is plenty of choice.
