NPP Chairman in hot waters

The Vice-Chairman of the Ashanti Regional branch of the NPP, Mr. Kwame Agyei, has been challenged to substantiate some allegations he has leveled against Mr. F. F. Antoh, the Regional Chairman.

A complaint was made to the regional disciplinary committee by Mr. Antoh to compel Mr. Agyei to prove embezzlement allegations leveled against him (Antoh).

Mr. Agyei alleged on a Kumasi-based radio station, Otec FM, that Mr. Antoh has not accounted for some money that belonged to the Ashanti Regional branch of the NPP.

He also alleged that Mr. Antoh had embezzled over ?120 million which belonged to the party.

According to sources, Mr. Antoh has, therefore, challenged Mr. Agyei to retract the allegations and apologise.
