November 5 not a public holiday

Accra, Oct. 25, GNA – The Ministry of the Interior on Tuesday announced that November 5, which is this year’s National Farmers’ Day, would not be observed as a public holiday.

A statement signed by the Minister of The Interior, Mr Hackman Owusu-Agyemang, said “the statutory Farmers’ Day Holiday, which is Friday December 3, remains the public holiday”.
