The deputy Northern Regional Women’s Organiser of the opposition New Patriotic Party Hajia Zulfao has been removed from office.
A statement signed by the Northern regional chairman of the party Daniel Bugri Naabu attributed her removal to incompetence.
“This serves as a notice to you that your appointment as a deputy regional women’s organiser has been revoked.
“The removal is on the grounds that you have lived below expectation as a Deputy Women’s Organiser. This action is in consonance with the last paragraph of your letter of appointment which stipulates that, you shall be relieved of your post if you live below expectation,” the statement noted.
