Non-formal education facilitators receive donation

Hohoe, March 24, GNA- Forty-three facilitators of the Hohoe District Non-Formal Education Division (NFED) of the Ministry of Education and Sports have been presented with items worth 40 million cedis.

The items include four sewing machines, 36 bundles of roofing sheets and a set of cooking utensils.

Mr Reginald Appaloh-Kota, the Hohoe District Coordinator of the division, said the gesture was to motivate the facilitators to give off their best and ginger up the Batch Nine and 10 Volunteers to live above reproach.

He said the facilitators have trained a total of 1,032 adult learners since 2001.

Miss Lydia Adzinai, a beneficiary, thanked NFED on behalf of the group.
