The Volta Youth Network (VYN) has called on President John Mahama to consider nominating Mr. Emmanuel kwasi Bedzrah as the next Volta Regional Minister for accelerated development and unity.
“We strongly believe that the Member of Parliament for Ho-West Constituency, has the requisite capabilities to steer the affairs of the “NDC World bank” it added.
A press release signed by Abochie Alphonse, Organiser for the VYN and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday, said Mr Bedzrah is a unifier, hardworking, energetic and a humble young man who is very approachable and ready to help all manner of persons devoid of cronyism.
“As a youth and pressure group from the region, we have reliable information through an objective opinion poll that among all the names popping up for the position, about 95% of chiefs, opinion leaders and NDC party executives are rooting for Mr Bedzrah,” it added.
It said the region has an overflow of human resource potentials capable of managing the affairs of the region and therefore appeal to the President to nominate a goal driven and dynamic youth to champion the Better Ghana Agenda.
