NMC cautions Media against inflammatory broadcast

Accra, Dec. 30, GNA- The National Media Commission (NMC) on Tuesday urged all radio and television stations, in the national interest, to desist from broadcasting programmes designed to incite people to anarchy and confusion at this crucial time of the nation’s history.

The call is contained in a statement issued by Mr. Paul Adu-Gyamfi, Chairman of the National in Accra.

The caution comes in the wake of broadcast and programmes on some FM stations on the results of the just ended presidential run-off.
