Nkrumah foundation hails Mills

Accra, Jan 15, GNA – The Kwame Nkrumah Foundation (KNF) on Thursday hailed President John Evans Atta Mills for his election as the President of Ghana.

A statement signed by Mr. Kofi Duku, Director of KNF, said the President as a product of the erstwhile Kwame Nkrumah Ideological Institute should take solace in the fact that no matter the political grouping in which he is, the Nkrumahism in him will never die. “With your formal political baptism with the water of Nkrumaism at the Institute, you are a beacon of hope for all Nkrumahists for the revival of the positive, practical and relevant aspects of Nkrumah’s ideas and ideals” it said.

It urged the President to ensure that the modern Ghana was one where every citizen was healthy and literate through formal and mass education and industrialized with jobs. 1
