Nkoranza Teachers’ Welfare Union purchases bus

Nkoranza (B/A), March 20, GNA – Members of Nkoranza Area Teachers Welfare Club in Brong-Ahafo have purchased a 207 Benz bus to facilitate their movement in various activities and as an income-generating venture.

Mr Kwabena Agyemang-Badu, Nkoranza District Director of education who commissioned the vehicle commended the teachers for their foresight. He commended the executives of the Association for their good leadership and urged them to ensure the regular maintenance of the vehicle for its longer lifespan.

The District Director asked the executive members to render proper accounts on the vehicle and ensure transparency in their activities to sustain the support and trust of members. Mr Agyemang-Badu urged teachers in other areas and districts to emulate the Nkoranza area teachers to promote their well-being. 20 March 06
