In Sunyani, the Newmont Boss called on the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Nana Kwadwo Seinti and had discussions on the operations of the company in the region.
The regional minister was happy with the operation of the company so far.
?As far as I am concerned, Newmont is doing well?, he said.
Mr Murdy assured the regional minister that the company would live up to expectation and called for support from the regional coordinating council.
The deputy Brong Ahafo regional Minister, Ignatius Baffour Awuah, some DCE?s and security officials were present at the meeting.
