As police investigations continue into the accident that led to the death of a Presidential dispatch rider, eyewitnesses are blaming a mummy truck driver and the deceased for the accident. A 63- year old man driving a Mazda pick-up, Vincent Gbewonyo has been blamed for the accident, which occurred last Friday while the president was on his way to Burma Camp for an official function.
