New Head For Winners’ Church

Winners? Chapel has a new Ghanaian head pastor. He is Dzidefo Mensa.

Pastor Mensa, who hails from Peki in the Volta Region, was appointed to his new position last week by the founder and presiding bishop of the church, Dr. David Oyedepo. He is to head the Winners? Chapel churches in Ghana and in the entire West African sub-region.

Pastor Mensa is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, from where he obtained a degree in Sociology and Political Science.

He joined Winners? Chapel in 1989, and has been Head Pastor on a variety of postings, including Kano and Maiduguri in Nigeria. He also served as ?Missionary Number One? at the Winners? Chapel in Congo.

Before becoming a pastor, Mensa lectured for eight years at Jamot Polytechnic in Nigeria; Prior to that, he worked as Projects Coordinator for the Eastern Regional Development Corporation (EREDEC) in Koforidua.
