Accra, July 13, GNA- President John Agyekum Kufuor on Tuesday presented the Instrument of Commission and Letter of Credence to Mr Fritz Kwabena Poku, Ghana’s Ambassador-designate to the United States of America (USA) at the Castle, Osu.
Administering the Oath of Allegiance; Office and Secrecy, President Kufuor called on the Ambassador-designate to use diplomacy and wisdom to deepen and enhance the cordial relationship between both countries. President Kufuor advised Mr Poku to show much interest in national affairs and always focus on Ghana.
Mr Poku expressed appreciation for the opportunity and privilege to serve the Government and Ghana.
He pledged to deepen the cordial relationship between both countries in the interest of Ghana.
