The Chairman of the Accra branch Number Four of the Neoplan Drivers, union, Mr Kwabena Badu, has advised dirvers hos persistently flout road signs and pick passengers at unauthorised spots I nthe city to outside destinations to desist from the practice. According to Mr. Badu, some driver, often take passengers at unauthorised spots where thieves and robbers have a field day depriving passengers of their belongings. Mr. Badu said the items are usually lost forever because the dirvers arnot not registered
