The Committee would explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that were likely to come his way, it said.

“These will include the ability perform well in the coming elections, ability to appeal to the various electorates of Ghana and how he will fare compared to the potential candidates in the 2012 elections.”

The statement said Dr. Nduom intended to invite the youth, young men and women under the age of 35 years to be part of the Committee.

“This goes to his belief that the youth have the largest number of first time voters amongst them, independent voters, energetic and assessable through technology,” it said.

“Knowing very much the ability of the youth, and their energetic will to achieve, Dr. Nduom believes that it is the youth that can perfectly accomplish this task with assistance and support from the elderly.”
