Accra, March 6, GNA – The Greater Accra National Democratic Congress (NDC) Zongo Caucus on Friday congratulated Ministers and Deputy Ministers of State appointed by President John Evans Atta Mills. In a statement signed by Alhaji Stephen Mohammed Ashkar, Regional Coordinator, the caucus said: “We believe and rely on you as astute technocrats in governance and achievers with much passion in human and material resource development, which our beloved party NDC had been advocating.” The caucus prayed for Allah’s guidance, wisdom and protection during the performance of their duties.
