NDC Youth Organiser calls for electoral vigilance

Techiman (B/A) July 1, GNA – Mr Haruna Yusif Iddrisu, National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Youth Organiser, has inaugurated the Youth and Women Wings of the Party in the Techiman South Constituency, with a call on members to remain vigilant during the forthcoming General Election to ensure fair play.

He said proper monitoring of the Presidential and Parliamentary elections would ensure the electoral defeat of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mr Iddrisu said the NPP Administration had not lived up to its promises and must be changed.

Mr A. A. Munufie, Former Co-Chairman of NDC, called for peaceful political campaigns and advised supporters of the Party to avoid confrontations with political opponents.

He said the NPP had worsened the plight of Ghanaians and urged the youth to redouble their efforts to help the NDC to regain political authority.

Mr Francis Yaw Gyarko, Former District Chief Executive for Techiman, called on Ghanaians to rally behind the NDC to guarantee better living conditions.

He expressed the need for unity of purpose among Party supporters to ensure the victory of NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Mr Addai Simons. Alhaji Collins Dauda, Regional Chairman of the Party, said the NDC was the only Party that could ensure the progress of Ghanaians.
