NDC youth commend former DCE for EMDA

The Concerned Youth of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the East Mamprusi District Assembly (EMDA) has commended Mr Adam Imoro, outgone District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area for his hard work leading to numerous development projects in the area.

A statement issued by the Concerned Youth of NDC in EMDA signed by its leader, Mr Charles Nigarim, and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Tamale on Tuesday said the outgone DCE lobbied for numerous development projects that were helping to transform the lives of the residents.

The statement also welcomed the nomination of Mr Magnus Jacob Yama Tampuri as DCE for the area urging “All members and assembly members to embrace the President’s nominee and let us work as a team to preserve the power entrusted us by Ghanaians”.

The President, last week, revoked the appointment of Mr Imoro as DCE for EMDA and nominated Mr Tampuri as the new DCE for the area.
