Accra, Dec. 31, GNA – The National Democratic Congress on Monday wished all Ghanaians a happy and prosperous new year and asked for God’s blessings for the country in the year 2008. A statement in Accra signed by Mr. Yaw Gyan, Deputy National Organiser said 2008 would be an election year, making it a more difficult and challenging one and called on Ghanaians to be prayerful and steadfast in their determination to ensure peace and unity throughout the year.
