NDC UK & Ireland Chapter Congratulates President Mahama

The NDC UK & Ireland Chapter wishes to extend our warmest congratulations to His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama on his election as President of the Republic of Ghana.

We are delighted at the confidence which the good people of Ghana have reposed in the National Democratic Congress and President Mahama’s administration. The December elections give the NDC government a historic opportunity to continue to work for the welfare of the people of Ghana.

In every respect, President Mahama’s victory is much a tribute to his leadership qualities and demeanour. This victory is also consistent with the vision of the NDC and the fundamental belief in advancing the Better Ghana Agenda. The successful nature of the elections is an indication of the faith that the people of Ghana have in the National Democratic Congress government to resolve their fundamental problems of education, health, improved agricultural sector, provision of good drinking water, shelter and housing.
We note with special interest the transparent and fair nature of the Presidential and Parliamentary elections which show that the Electoral systems in Ghana are dynamic capable of dealing with complex issues. Ghana has once again proved to the whole world that it is the beacon of democracy in Africa.
The NDC UK and Ireland Chapter and the entire membership take the opportunity to thank the good people of Ghana, political parties and all those who helped to make the December 2012 general elections a memorable event in Ghana.
Our Strength is Unity, Peace, stability and Progress; the NDC shall lead from victory unto victory to provide a stable and sustainable democracy in Ghana.
To all we say Ayekooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NDC, Ede.. Beee…. Keke
