NDC to vet candidates

Accra, Dec. 16, GNA – The National Democratic Congress (NDC) announced on Friday that contestants for national offices would be vetted from Monday, December 19 to Wednesday December 21. A statement signed by Mr Bede Ziedeng, Acting General Secretary, said the vetting would start at 1400 hours on each day, but would continue until midnight on Wednesday.

“All contestants are advised to submit themselves for the vetting process on time to avoid disappointment,” the statement said. New national officers for the Party would be elected at a National Delegates’ Congress to be held at Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
